Material :
- Standard O.H.N.S. (O1 Grade): In-Expensive A good general purpose material punches, Good Load Taking Capacity Better Tool Life & less breakage as compared to D3
- Premium S7: Better load taking capacity as comparing to O1 Steel & hence less Chance of damaging to tip under high pressure. Good abrasion resistant steel with high compressive strength for Punches and die.
- Stainless Steel SS: Do not have good load taking capacity therefore chances is more for tip bending, it’s very good for corrosion, staining and Discoloration it can be washed with water & detergent.
- H.C.H.Cr (D3 Grade): Do not have good load taking capacity as comparing to O1 & S7 steel., Therefore more chances of tip breaking under higher pressure. Its wear resistant therefore Minimum wear & tear. Dies are manufactured specially with D3 Grade also Its recommended for products having abrasive / corrosive nature.
- Powder Metallurgy: An alternative to Tungsten Carbide for Dies only. A step up in both wear resistance and toughness from Premium for punches.
- Tungsten Carbide: Improves wear resistance of die bores when compressing aggressive product.

Engraving : Flat, Convex, Beveled, Bisects, Logos, Etc.

COATING: HCP / CRN / TIN
HCP – Hard chrome plating
Hard chrome Plating give abrasion resistance & anticorrosive cover.
CrN – Chromium nitride coating
CrN Coating gives anti – stick performance & corrosion resistance.
TiN – Titanium nitride coating
TiN coating gives high wear & tear protection with high hardness and low thermal conductivity.
